JLL Hired for Woodlands Leasing Assignment

JLL was selected to lease up the retail portion of Research Forest Lakeside, a 77-acre, mixed-use development in The Woodlands overlooking Lake Woodlands. SVP Rip Reynolds is leading the marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of JD Warmack Woodlands LP.

“Research Forest Lakeside is a unique mixed-use campus offering where cutting-edge office solutions and best-in-class retail blend seamlessly with the surrounding area,” said Reynolds. “With access to the region’s deep pool of talent and the project’s growing roster of prospective office tenants, immediate retail opportunities will continue to be in high demand. We are excited to help bring the developer’s vision to reality.”

There are 10,914 square feet of retail space immediately available at Research Forest Lakeside. That includes a 2,900-square-foot restaurant space with shared patio, a 5,014-square-foot freestanding retail building, and a 3,000-square-foot retail space within one of the new office buildings.
