JLL Elevates SVP to Lead NJ Project Services

JLL has promoted SVP Andrea Alexander to head of project and development services in New Jersey. Her responsibilities include servicing clients, working with the brokerage teams to cross-sell business and overseeing all PDS activities in the state.

“Andrea Alexander has been a crucial member of our project management team for years,” said Terry Harris, COO of JLL’s suburban tri-state and Northeast industrial regions. “She is a natural leader who delivers every day for JLL’s clients, project managers and brokerage teams.”

Alexander joined JLL in 2004 as a project manager with its New Jersey PDS group, and later served as senior project manager and VP. She was promoted to SVP in June 2017.
