JLL Consolidates, Expands Fort Worth Ops
JLL consolidated several of its business lines in a new downtown Fort Worth office. Specifically, the company has taken down and moved into 17,400 square feet at Wells Fargo Tower, 201 Main St. There, it merged its tenant representation, industrial, investment sales/financing, agency leasing and appraisal service lines.
Meanwhile, JLL’s Rail Practice Group relocated to Centerport at 4200 Buckingham Rd., also in Fort Worth. The team, which is 44 members strong, is now working in a more efficient, open office environment. JLL’s Project and Development Services team designed and built both offices, which were completed in 10 weeks.
“Our increased presence in Fort Worth allows JLL to stay ahead of the needs of our client base and provide them the best service possible,” said JLL South Central Region President Jeff Staubach. “In today’s competitive environment, we need to provide a streamlined, full-service platform for our clients.”
