JLL Capital Markets Establishes Presence in Salt Lake City

JLL Capital Markets established a presence in Salt Lake City with the addition of Phil Brierley a Senior Director. He joins from Marcus & Millichap and will focus on investment sales advisory transactions, with a focus on office and industrial assets.

JLL’s Mark Katz says, “Our capital markets team has been looking to expand in Salt Lake City for quite some time. Salt Lake City is a market that we plan to significantly grow our capital markets presence and Phil is going to help us achieve that goal.”

Brierley brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience. He served as a VP of Investments at Marcus & Millichap and managed the Utah and Idaho investment platforms. Prior to that, he held a position with Morgan Stanley Capital International’s real estate platform in Chicago.

Also joining the newly established Salt Lake City capital markets team as Director is Cole Macadaeg. He previously served as an Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
