JLL Brokers Sale of 67K-SF Value-Add Office Property in Charlotte

JLL has brokered the sale of a 67,949-square-foot, value-add office property in Charlotte. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located on more than four acres at 5815 Westpark Dr., the property is currently vacant and is in an infill location nearby Interstate 77. Completed in 1984 and renovated in 1996, the two-story building features a two-story glass-lined entrance and lobby area, private meeting and conference rooms, as well as a blend of creative workspace mixed with private offices.

Chris Lingerfelt, Zack Drozda and Ryan Clutter of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was Exeter Property Group, which purchased the asset in an off-market transaction.
