JLL Backs Broncos, Vegas Predicts Panthers

As the Bay Area welcomes Super Bowl 50 this Sunday between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers, a tradition that is almost as treasured continues.

Since 2011, JLL has been predicting the winning team, and this year, the Broncos have their vote. According to the firm, NFL teams based in the city with higher overall office vacancy rates have won the trophy 60-percent of the time.

Not only does Denver have JLL’s backing, but the city also is continuing to grow its demand for skilled tech employees. With unemployment at the second lowest in the nation (3.2-percent), the city is experiencing a boom. It is projected that by the end of the decade, Denver will experience a 19-percent increase in population.

JLL Americas Executive Chairman Robert Staubach said, “I’ve followed both teams throughout the season, and the matchup between two great quarterbacks, one young and one old, will make the game very interesting.”
