JLL Advises JP Morgan in $503M Sale of Atlanta’s Terminus Office Project

JLL advised J.P. Morgan Asset Management on the sale of the firm’s interest in Terminus 100 and 200, two office buildings in Atlanta’s Buckhead submarket. The total transaction value was $503 million.

The two buildings total more than 1.2 million square feet of office space and 86,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Terminus 100 is located at 3280 Peachtree Rd., and stands 27 stories. The 25-story Terminus 200 is located at 3333 Piedmont Rd., Northeast. The buildings and grounds include designated parking structures with valet parking; the Gallery Walk at Terminus, which is a series of ongoing exhibitions that rotate every quarter; and The Commons, which houses retail, restaurant and service tenants.

Richard Reid, Ryan Clutter, Huston Green and Ralph Smalley of JLL’s Capital Markets team represented J.P. Morgan in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.
