Jessika Jones Joins Cresa’s Team in PDX

Cresa expanded its team in the Pacific Northwest with the addition of Jessika Jones, who joins the Portland office as a project manager. She brings 15 years of real estate experience, including having previously worked with Marcus & Millichap.

Cresa’s Sean Heaton says, “Jessika will serve as a project manager, guiding clients through the lifecycle of a construction project, including workplace, relocation and move management services. She has a clear dedication to serving her clients, and we could not be happier to add her to Cresa’s growing team in the Portland market.”

Jones’ unique background in helping investors establish and execute their real estate goals allows her to carefully strategize with clients for the best possible outcome. She is skilled at research, drafting and negotiating contracts, lease and due diligence review.

“I am very excited to join Cresa and further apply my passion for tenant advocacy,” said Jones. “I was attracted by Cresa’s collaborative culture and service-based mentality.”
