Jessica Alba’s Firm Moving to Playa Vista

Honest Co., a firm founded by actress Jessica Alba, is moving from Santa Monica to Playa Vista. The company, which concentrates on making products with non-toxic materials, is taking 83,000 square feet at 12130 Millennium Dr.

Other firms that have offices in the area include Facebook, YouTube and Microsoft. The area is now considered a tech hub, according to Honest. Clarion Partners owns the 300,000-square-foot building, which was developed by Lincoln Property Co. in 2010.

Honest was repped by Cresa in the deal, while Clarion had L.A. Realty Partners as its broker.
