Jerome’s-Occupied Site Sold in Moreno Valley
A 40,000-square-foot Jerome’s Furniture-leased retail space in Moreno Valley, CA, has sold to an undisclosed investor from Northern California for $7.32 million. Jerome’s has 14-years left on its lease term, with three, five-year renewal options.
The property, located at 12500 Day St., is situated at a freeway-offramp location along Interstate 60, at the gateway of the Moreno Valley Mall near well-known retailers, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Panera Brea, Aldi, 24 Hour Fitness and Harkins Theaters.
CBRE’s Alan Krueger and Vanessa Haddad represented the buyer and seller.
Haddad says, “This area is a dominant regional retail corridor, with high-traffic national stores adjacent to the property. The synergistic surrounding tenant mix creates a point of destination location and satisfies daytime and evening customer demands.”
