Jeffrey Cole Promoted to Vice Chair, Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield promoted Jeffrey Cole to Vice Chair in the company’s Capital Markets Group. Based in Orange County, Cole is one of the most accomplished investment sales professionals in SoCal, and has been consistently recognized as one of the brokerage’s top producers.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Paulsen says, “Not only is [Cole] a respected industry leader and a first-rate example of what defines our firm, but he embodies the client-first mentality, and leads with integrity, respect, collaboration and trust.”
Cole joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007, and most recently served as Executive Managing Director. Career wise, he has represented more than 85 million square feet of commercial, office, and industrial space and executed roughly 260 sales transactions with a total consideration in excess of $9.7 billion. Notable recent transactions include Google Center in Irvine ($260 million), Rancho Pacific Park in Rancho Dominguez ($210.5 million), and 4100 Newport Place in Newport Beach ($75.6 million).
