Jed Resnick Joins Douglaston Development

Douglaston Development, one of the largest residential and mixed-use developers in New York City, has named Jed Resnick chief operating officer.

“His diverse knowledge of development projects and finance is welcome,” said Jeff Levine, chairman of Douglaston Development.

Before he joined Douglaston, Resnick was a founding principal at Grafton Street Capital, a boutique real estate investment and development firm. He began his real estate career at LeFrak in New York City in 2004, where he acquired more than $600 million worth of assets, including development sites, 3,200 apartment units and more than 400,000 square feet of commercial space.
