Japanese Food, Restaurant Supplier Takes 300K SF at Goodman Logistics Facility
Mutual Trading Company leased 299,786 square feet at a new modern, Class A logistics facility in El Monte, CA. The Japanese food beverage and restaurant supply specialist is upgrading and consolidating its five previous locations in order to improve supply chain efficiency and expand to a bigger and more tech-enabled facility to support its U.S. growth.
The two-building, 1,235,443-square-foot Goodman Logistics Center El Monte is owned and managed by Goodman Group. Mutual Trading Co. plans to take occupancy of its space at 4300 Shirley Ave. in November.
Goodman North America’s Anthony Rozic says, “Goodman Logistics Center El Monte further demonstrates our selective approach to building logistics facilities in strategic locations close to major freeways and transportation centers for the convenience of our customers, such as Mutual Trading Company.”
CBRE’s Kenji Sakai represented the tenant. JLL’s Zach Niles and Louis Tomaselli advised the landlord.
