Janus Joins Colliers in Chicago to Lead Healthcare Services

Shawn Janus has joined Colliers International as U.S. national healthcare director, based in Chicago. In his new role, Janus will lead Colliers U.S. Healthcare Services with a focus on cultivating a strong, value-driven platform.

An industry veteran, Janus brings more than 30 years’ commercial real estate experience to Colliers, including more than 20 years in healthcare real estate. He joins Colliers from Caddis Healthcare Real Estate, where he served as managing director and was responsible for new business development and executive leadership of projects throughout the Midwest.

Before Caddis, Janus served in leadership positions at Pacific Medical Buildings, and, before that, as managing director, healthcare solutions for JLL.

“Shawn makes an excellent addition to our team, and I have no doubt that he will bring great value to our growing business,” said Gil Borok, COO, U.S. operations at Colliers.
