J.C. Anderson Hires Joe Hynes as Project Executive

J.C. Anderson hired Joe Hynes as project executive. He will focus on delivering high quality construction services to building owner and managers.

Before joining J.C. Anderson, Hynes was most recently SVP with JLL in Chicago, where he spent more than 16 years. His prior experience includes building repositioning and redevelopment, multi-site portfolio management, and client relationship management.

Company president Mike Yazbec said Hynes’ background in property management and project management give him “a unique perspective and make him the right leader for our building services market segment.

“We have seen a tremendous increase from building owners in repositioning their assets through the addition of tenant amenities, lobby renovations and overall building upgrades,” said Yazbec. “J.C. Anderson has continued to be a leader in this market sector, and bringing Joe onboard further indicates our commitment to serve and grow our strength in this segment of the industry.”

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
