Isabel Marant, Others Sign Deals at Chelsea Arts Centre
ABS Partners Real Estate has arranged 36,088 square feet in new leases at the Chelsea Arts Building, a 125,000-square-foot property at 210 Eleventh Ave., that is occupied primarily by prominent fashion brands and art galleries.
Among the most notable deals was a 10-year, 4,070-square-foot lease with Isabel Marant, the French designer who is establishing her first New York showroom at the property. ABS’ Audrey Novoa, Jakob Pedersen and Gregg Schenker represented the landlord, while Paige Engeldrum of Cushman and Wakefield acted on behalf of the tenant.
Oher fashion-oriented leases arranged by ABS at the property include a renewal and expansion by Gabriela Hearst, a new lease by Jay Godfrey, a renewal by ADEAM, an expansion by RainbowHouse NYC and new leases by Mr. & Mrs. Italy and Michael Stars.
“Internationally-renowned fashion labels continue moving to 210 Eleventh Ave, and tend to expand their presence over time,” said Novoa.
