Carey Pastor of Coldwell Banker Commercial Southern California has completed a more than $1-million lease for 18,140 square feet of industrial / showroom space at 18421 Collier Ave. in Lake Elsinore, CA.

The Tenant, Irvine Holdings, will be relocating its administrative offices and customer service center for its lithium ion battery imports, moving from the city of Riverside to the new location. 18421 Collier Ave. features immediate access to I-15 freeway and numerous retail and restaurant amenities nearby.
