Irvine Co. Taps Chicago Native to Oversee Local Construction

Irvine Company Office Properties has named Emily Kream its director of construction for the company’s Chicago portfolio. Spanning 4.2 million square feet, Irvine Company’s local holdings include One North Wacker, 300 North LaSalle, and 71 South Wacker.

An architect by training, Kream comes to Irvine Company from the Chicago project management team of Tishman Speyer. She’ll carry out continual reinvestment across the Chicago portfolio, especially with 71 South Wacker, with which Irvine Company entered the Chicago market in 2010.

“I’m a Chicago native and am very familiar with this city and with the evolving tastes and needs of this market,” said Kream.  “We have an incredible opportunity to reimagine and reposition 71 South Wacker.”

Kream joins a Chicago team that already includes Senior Leasing Director Gregory Tait, Regional VP of Portfolio Operations Pamela Van Nort, and Regional VP Beau Rawi.
