Irvine Co. Leases Nearly 200K SF at Two Properties, WeWork Takes 116K SF

Irvine Company signed four leases totaling 194,000 square feet with existing customers who are expanding their presence in Irvine Spectrum. All four companies – Kajabi, Hyperice, WeWork and Pacific Rim Capital – are expanding their footprints at Irvine Co.’s new Spectrum Terrace or Discovery Park in Irvine, which opened this summer.

Irvine Company’s Tom Greubel says, “There is nothing more important to us than customer success. These forward-thinking companies have thrived at their current workplace community and selected one of our newest communities to support their continued growth.”

WeWork signed a lease to occupy an entire 116,261-square-foot building at Spectrum Terrace (pictured). The lease represents a major expansion for WeWork in Irvine Company Office Properties’ portfolio. The fast-growing global flexible workspace operator also leases workspace totaling more than 127,000 square feet at 200 Spectrum Center Dr., 400 Spectrum Center Dr., and at Pacific Arts Plaza.

Other deals included:
Kajabi signed a lease for 43,789 square feet at Spectrum Terrace.
Pacific Rim Capital signed a lease for 20,161 square feet at Discovery Park.
Hyperice signed a lease for 13,740 square feet at Spectrum Terrace.
