Irvine Co. Brings in Maggie Brophy as Leasing Mgr.

Irvine Company Office Properties has named Maggie Brophy senior leasing manager for its Chicago portfolio, which includes One North Wacker, 300 North LaSalle and 71 South Wacker. She previously served as a leasing director with the Telos Group, where she oversaw the $600-million redevelopment and repositioning of Willis Tower.

Brophy spent five years with JLL as a VP with the company’s leasing and national investor accounts team in Chicago, and later in Los Angeles. She managed business development efforts with JLL’s largest investor clients, including The Blackstone Group, KBS and Bentall Kennedy.

“Maggie’s management experience encompasses multiple tiers of tenant representation, business development and client management, ideally qualifying her for her new position,” said Greg Tait, senior leasing director, Irvine Company Office Properties. “She is poised to make an immediate and important impact on our existing high-profile portfolio in Chicago.”
