IRR Expands in Texas, Opens Lubbock Office

Integra Realty Resources (IRR) expanded its Texas footprint, opening a new office in Lubbock, TX. IRR-Lubbock, operating at 6309 Indiana Ave., is the company’s sixth office in the Lone Star State, and 55th nationwide.

Jimmy Jackson, who serves as executive director of IRR’s Dallas office, will lead the new location. Joining him will be IRR director Taylor M. Carmona. Jackson has more than three decades of real estate appraisal, development and investment experience. He grew up in Floydada, TX, approximately 45 minutes northeast of Lubbock. Carmona comes to IRR from JLL, and has nearly 10 years of CRE experience. Both graduated from Texas Tech University.

“Lubbock has always been a great market for us, and we couldn’t be happier to open an office here,” Jackson said. “It was a natural next step for us in terms of our westward expansion, as many of our Dallas-based banking clients are headquartered in Lubbock.”
