IPA Tapped to Sell Tupperware Brands Corporate HQ in Kissimmee
Institutional Property Advisors has been tapped to sell the Tupperware Brands Corporate Headquarters, located at 3175 N Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee.
The campus is situated on 43 acres and is 100% triple-net leased to Tupperware Brands. The eight-building, 43-acre campus is located on U.S. Route 441, near Mary Louis Lane and Florida’s Turnpike. Downtown Kissimmee and Orlando are four and 20 miles away, respectively. Tupperware bought more than 1,000 acres for its global headquarters in 1953 and opened the campus. The land is now being further developed with the goal of creating a mixed-use environment with amenities and services that provide a state-of-the-art corporate experience.
Doug Mandel and Barry Wolfe of IPA are representing the seller. The current lease with Tupperware Brands has a 10-year term with two seven-year options to renew.
