Investment Sales Veterans Launch Atlas Realty Group

Three investment sales veterans, all formerly of GFI Realty Services, launched Atlas Realty Group Partners (ARG), headquartered at 80 Broad St. in Lower Manhattan. Founded by principals Shlomo Antebi, Yosef Katz and Erik Yankelovich, ARG will focus on the full range of investment sales brokerage, representing buyers and sellers on transactions for multifamily and commercial property, development sites and note sales.

“Yosef, Erik and I learned the art of real estate brokerage from the ground up at GFI, and we each developed a true appreciation for the sector,” said Antebi. “Having been through the ups and downs of real estate cycles, we’re well-positioned to provide valuable insight to our clients.”

Along with transacting a combined $4 billion of commercial property deals during their time at GFI, Antebi, Katz and Yankelovich each served as mentors to many junior brokers. They plan to replicate these roles as ARG expands its team.
