Investment Firm Moves East to Fisher Brothers’ 299 Park

Alternative investment firm One William Street Capital is moving its offices east, relocating from 1290 Ave. of the Americas to a full floor at Fisher Brothers’ 299 Park Ave. The 29,754-square-foot lease, which commences in the spring of 2019, is for 12 years.

Fisher Brothers is set to initiate a major capital improvement program at 299 Park Avenue in the coming months. Partner Winston Fisher said the program has been designed primarily “to bring the prestige of the Plaza District directly into the tower, and the reaction to our plans from current and prospective tenants has been overwhelmingly positive.”

One William Street Capital was represented by a CBRE team of Scott Gottlieb, Andrew Sussman and Benjamin Friedland. Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc S. Packman and Charles P. Laginestra, and by the NKF team of David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Andrew Sachs, Eric Cagner and Andrew Peretz.
