Investment Firm Makes Move to Mutual of America Bldg.
JLL has completed a new transaction for Newlight Partners LP at 320 Park Ave., also known as the Mutual of America Building, with building owner Mutual of America Life Insurance Co. The private investment firm signed a 10-year lease for 15,361 square feet of office space.
The tenant was represented by JLL’s Alexander Chudnoff and Daniel Turkewitz. Mutual of America was advised by JLL’s Frank Doyle and Betsy Buckley.
Newlight Partners will occupy the entire 25th floor at the 34-story, 750,000-square-foot 320 Park Ave., located between East 50th and East 51st streets. It’s relocating to the building from nearby 390 Park Ave., also known as The Lever House.
Emery Roth & Sons designed 320 Park. It was completed in 1960, and rebuilt in 1995.
