Invesco/Trammell Crow Launch Alexan Gallerie Mixed-Use Development

Invesco and Trammell Crow Residential have commenced construction on Alexan Gallerie, a 284-unit apartment development located at 375 Camino de la Reina in San Diego’s Mission Valley submarket. Completion is planned for the second quarter of 2021. JLL’s Richard Gonor will oversee lease-up for the property.

Situated on five acres, Alexan Gallerie is adjacent to Interstate 8 and State Route 163, and within walking distance to Simon Properties’ Fashion Valley Mall as well as the Fashion Valley Transit Center, with bus line connectors to the Fashion Valley trolley station. The new mall-adjacent residential development in close proximity to the area’s many retail amenities will also offer 8,000 square feet of office space and 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.

According to Alec Schiffer, Trammell Crow’s Managing Director of Development, “Our goal is to help create a new neighborhood that residents can enjoy and that complements its surroundings with a modern, pioneering design.”
