InvenTrust Promotes EVP David to CIO
InvenTrust Properties Corp. promoted Christy David, the REIT’s EVP, general counsel and corporate secretary, to CIO. She will also continue to serve in her role as GC and corporate secretary.
“Christy has made significant contributions to InvenTrust since joining our team in 2014, and this well-deserved promotion recognizes her passion and dedication to our company,” said Thomas McGuinness, president and CEO of InvenTrust.
David has served as InvenTrust’s GC and corporate secretary since August 2018. She previously served as SVP, GC and secretary since 2017. She joined InvenTrust as managing counsel – transactions in April 2014 and was subsequently promoted to VP, deputy GC and secretary in November 2016.
Prior to that, David served at the Inland Group Inc., managing, reviewing and drafting legal documents and matters for InvenTrust’s acquisitions, dispositions, corporate contracts and spin-offs.
