International Materials Inks 20K-SF Lease in Delray Beach

International trading and logistics provider International Materials Inc. has signed a 20,052-square-foot office lease to relocate and expand its corporate headquarters to the Offices at 4th & 5th Delray in Delray Beach.

Moving from Boca Raton to the Delray Beach central business district, IMI will occupy nearly two-thirds of the mixed-use building’s third floor Class A office space at 25 SE 4th Ave. The relocation and expansion of IMI’s headquarters will allow the company to accommodate its roster of 45 full-time employees.

The 144,733-square-foot, four story mixed-use project was recently developed in a joint venture between Samuels & Associates and American Realty Advisors. Amenities at the project include a dedicated entryway, flexible floor plans and more than 8,600 square feet of terraces around the property.
