International Investors Still Love NYC

New York City is still the best city in the entire world for real estate investment, according to the latest survey of the members of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) who have put New York City on top for three years in a row.

The same investors have said New York is the best city in the U.S. for real estate investment for the last seven years. The other four top U.S. cities were Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle and San Francisco. Ninety-five percent of respondents said they planned to increase or maintain their level of U.S. investment, and 66% said their sentiment was unchanged or more optimistic about the prospect for U.S. real estate.
