Interactive Golf Coming to 22K SF at Empire Outlets

Slated to open to the public on May 15, BFC Partners’ Empire Outlets will hold at least one attraction in reserve until next year. BFC is bringing a 22,000-square-foot flagship Tee Suite from FlyingTee to the Staten Island development, the city’s first and only outlet center.

Launched at the Bethpage Golf Course on Long Island in 2018, Tee Suite provides an interactive golf experience for players of all ages and skill levels, along with high-end dining and a sports bar. It’s slated to open at Empire Outlets in 2020.

“The Tee Suite is an exciting evolution of the traditional golf concept,” said BFC principal Joseph Ferrara.

“Tee Suite will bring a one-of-a-kind world-class food and beverage and golfing entertainment venue to New York City’s waterfront,” added James Prendamano, CEO of Casandra Properties Inc., Empire Outlets’ leasing broker.
