Insignia Joins Forces with Sperry Commercial

Insignia Commercial Real Estate becomes the first Phoenix-area brokerage company to join Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC. Neil Sherman heads the team of seven brokers and support personnel, and the plan is to add 15-20 additional brokers within the next 12-15 months. Insignia handles multifamily, retail, office and land, as well as sales of loans and REO properties. Sherman indicated that the company will also add a property management component and capital markets group in that time span, as well.

Sherman said he’s known Rand Sperry since the late 1980s and “wanted to be involved early, as he builds Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates into a major global brokerage platform.” Since its launch, SCGA has added affiliates from Las Vegas, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Chicago, Denver and Dallas.
