Insights from CRETech on Real Estate’s Embrace of Proptech (VIDEO)

“The CRE industry has definitely gotten used to proptech,” says Michael Rudin, VP with Rudin Management, among the more forward-thinking owner-operators in New York when it comes to implementation. Yet, how widely CRE firms put these new technological capabilities to use varies considerably from company to company, he adds.

Connect Media spoke with Rudin, along with other leaders in the proptech sector, at the recent CRETech conference in New York. In the video below, you’ll hear further thoughts from Rudin, as well as insights from Maureen Waters, president of Ten-X Commercial, and Vanessa Anderson, VP of operations at Truss.
