Inland Snags 308-Unit Las Vegas Apartment Complex
Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc. has purchased the 308-unit Wyatt Apartments in Las Vegas, NV. The property is at 7017 S. Buffalo Dr., approximately six miles west of Las Vegas Boulevard. The seller was listed as LV Badura LLC. The property opened in 2015, and was 96% occupied at closing.
The sales price was undisclosed. The Clark County Assessor appraised the asset at $28.5 million.
“We are pleased to have closed on this high quality multifamily property that has strong demographics and is located in the growing southwest submarket along the I-215 corridor,” said Mark Cosenza with Inland Real Estate Acquisitions, who facilitated the transaction. “Not only are The Wyatt Apartments in close proximity to numerous retailers and restaurants, but the property is also a mile away from Dignity Health – St. Rose Dominican Hospital,” he added.
