Inland Empire’s Terramor Getting Started

Groundbreaking has taken place at Terramor, an ambitious new master-planned community in the Inland Empire’s Temescal Valley. Foremost Companies and Starwood are developing the project.

Terramor is a 1,000-acre residential community encompassing 16 separate neighborhoods, and geared toward those aged 55 and older. As many as 1,443 homes are planned for the site, which, when completed, will feature swimming pools, parks and recreational facilities.
