Inland Development Team Readies Delivery to Logan Square

Inland National Development Company (INDC) is developing Motif on Belden, a 100-unit, transit-oriented multifamily community in the North Side’s Logan Square neighborhood, located approximately 6.5 miles from downtown at 2845 W. Belden Ave. The project, which broke ground in summer 2018, is on target to be completed by the first quarter of 2020.

“Our Belden project is particularly special to me because of the highly talented team of women, including Inland’s very own Gail Gress and Kathleen McGuire, who worked together to bring this project to fruition,” said Pamela Stewart, VP of asset management for INDC. “This team was top notch, from our architects to project management, financing and beyond.”

Leasing will begin in January. Motif on Belden will contain 65 studios and 35 one-bedroom apartments. Fifteen will be affordable units. Rents will be based on unit size, which will range from 482 to 779 square feet.
