Industrious Joins Carr Properties’ Newest Building in Arlington

Carr Properties signed a 25,000-square-foot lease with Industrious at its 2311 Wilson Blvd. property in Arlington VA. The premium flexible workspace provider will occupy the entire third floor and will offer co-working and private offices for teams of various sizes. The workspace is expected to be open for business Q1 2020.

2311 Wilson is a LEED Gold certified office development, located just a block from the Court House Metro station. The building was completed in 2018, and features an elegant two-story lobby, full-height glass curtain walls, and column-free floor plates.
