Industrious Doubles Footprint at Accenture Tower

Industrious is doubling its footprint at KBS’ Accenture Tower some three months after opening its current space there. The flexible workspace provider’s space at the 500 W. Madison St. tower, which it’s calling Industrious Ogilvie for its proximity to the Ogilvie Transportation Center, is expanding to more than 93,000 square feet from the original 46,500.

“Our Ogilvie location opened in June and immediately exceeded expectations,” said Doug Feinberg, director of real estate at Industrious. “The building is so on-brand for Industrious—it’s a highly-amenitized property in a prime, walkable location—so we jumped at the opportunity to expand our presence in the asset.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Wendy Katz and Matt Lerner represented KBS. CBRE’s Paul Reaumond, Mark Cassata and Ian Murphy represented Industrious.

Counting the Ogilvie space, Industrious has eight locations across the Chicago region, including six downtown, one in the North Side’s Wicker Park and one in suburban Evanston.

Connect Chicago Fall 2019 will take place Oct. 29 in Chicago. For more information, or to register, click here.
