Industrial Specialist Josh Hayes Joins CBRE from Colliers

CBRE hired Senior Vice President Josh Hayes to add to its industrial practice in the Inland Empire. He will be based out of the firm’s Ontario office and joins from Colliers International.

The 18-year veteran in the Inland Empire industrial market is a recognized leader in the field. Hayes’ core business combines leasing, sales and tenant representation, with a specific focus on securing development opportunities for institutional investors. He will be partnering with SVP Eloy Covarrubias and VP Joe Werdein, to expand the firm’s land acquisition and development team.

“Josh provides experience and will have an immediate impact on our growing development practice,” said Covarrubias. “He will allow us to cover an even greater segment of the market and enhance our institutional platform.”

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
