Industrial Specialist Joins NAI Hiffman as SVP

Steve Bass (pictured) has joined NAI Hiffman as SVP with the industrial services team. He brings more than 15 years of experience to NAI Hoffman, the last 11 of them with Lee & Associates.

NAI Hiffman’s COO, Michael Flynn, said that based on Bass’ “client-focused approach, extensive market knowledge and outstanding brokerage skills, combined with his personal integrity and engaging personality he was the perfect choice to join our growing organization, culturally as well as professionally.”

Over the course of his career, Bass has completed more than 250 industrial transactions on behalf of owners, including CenterPoint Properties, Stockbridge and Midwest Industrial Funds, as well as occupiers including Box Partners LLC, Maines Paper & Food Service, Argos Technologies, Safety Socket and Premier Transportation & Warehousing. He’ll continue his focus predominately in Kane County, I-90 Corridor, North DuPage County and the Northwest industrial submarkets.
