Industrial Portfolio in Greensboro Trades for $49M

HFF arranged the $49.3 million sale of a three-building industrial portfolio in Greensboro. The 670,536-square-foot portfolio is located within McConnell Center, a master-planned industrial park encompassing more than one million square feet of space.

The properties traded include 4751, 4755 and 4754 McConnell Center Drive. Current tenants include General Dynamics, Performance Food Group, Wayfair and Coca-Cola Bottling.

Patrick Nally, Chris Norvell, Tom Townes and John Schultz of HFF represented the seller, McConnell Center Associates, in the transaction. New York Life Insurance Co. acquired the portfolio. The deal was secured by HFF prior to being acquired by JLL.
