Indeed.com Takes Entire 310K-SF Building

Job search firm Indeed.com will be leasing an entire office building in North Austin when it’s completed in summer 2018. Specifically, the company will lease the 310,000-square-foot building at 721 Domain Dr., which is located in the massive mixed-use Domain development.

Domain Tower, which is being developed by HPI Real Estate Services & Investments and Stonelake Capital Partners, will represent Indeed.com’s fourth location in Austin. Indeed.com is taking the space due to rapid expansion.

Domain Tower is the first office building going north by a developer other than Austin-based Endeavor Real Estate Group, which is the Domain’s original developer. The tower is the first phase of Stonelake’s eventual 31-acre mixed-use development. Upon buildout, the site will offer five million square feet of office, multifamily and retail space.
