Incoming Architecture Firm Seeks Interim Office

California-based architecture firm LPA Inc. has plans to build a Dallas-Fort Worth office sometime within the next few years.

In the meantime, the design company is situated at 1920 McKinney Ave. in WeWork’s Uptown Dallas location, and searching for an extended leasing solution. Savills Studley’s Frank McCafferty is assisting LPA in finding a 50-person space in Uptown Dallas, or near the Dallas North Tollway.

LPA, now actively hiring, has five other offices, including a San Antonio location. The company’s Craig Drone said the Metroplex had been on the firm’s radar for a long time. The firm’s North Texas services will include architecture, interior design, engineering and landscape architecture.
