Inchin’s Bamboo Garden Comes to Murray Hill
Inchin’s Bamboo Garden, a national restaurant chain, will fill ground floor storefront space at 432 Park Ave. South in Midtown Manhattan.
“We are truly looking forward to seeing the restaurant thrive as it has in their other American cities including Washington D.C. and Seattle. 432 Park Avenue South is an excellent location for their first representation in New York City,” said Tom Citron, executive managing director for Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) who represented the tenant. Samco, the building owner, represented itself.
The restaurant will occupy the 2,178-square-foot ground floor of the 16-story building, plus 608 square feet of space in the basement. Built in 1913, the building reportedly has 16 apartment units on its upper floors.
Inchin’s Bamboo Garden is a restaurant inspired by “feel good” street food of the large cities of China, as well as from regions in India and Thailand.
