IGX and Brooks Begin 350K-SF Industrial

More than a year after announcing it would develop a 350,000-square-foot industrial facility, Industrial Group Southwest – IGX – and partner Brooks – officially broke ground on the project in far south San Antonio. The light-industrial building is the first phase of an additional 1.1 million square feet of industrial space making up the Brooks Business Park.

The facility is on 20 acres at Goliad Road and City Base Landing in Brooks (the former 1,300-acre Brooks Air Force Base). The building is expected to be open by spring 2019, with IGS handling leasing. At full build-out, Brooks Business Park will offer six building sites, ranging from 30,000 to 600,000 square feet.
