IDS Revitalizes Six-Building Industrial Center in Otay Mesa

IDS Real Estate Group completed the renovation of Viva Logistics Center, a six-building, 1,021,419-square-foot Class A industrial property in Otay Mesa. The property at 9043 Siempre Viva Rd. sits within a Foreign Trade Zone.

IDS’ Matt Traino says, “Viva Logistics Center offers industrial users with modern logistics facilities in a premier location. The property is positioned well to capture increased warehousing and logistics demand in our region.”

The re-design by Ware Malcomb and LRM Landscape Architecture delivered a renovated and branded property that includes new modern paint schemes, a complete environmental signage and graphics package, sustainable landscaping, energy efficient roof coating systems and LED lighting.

The property features dock high and grade-level loading, yard/truck and trailer parking, ample auto parking, IBT-1-1 zoning, 24- to 32-foot clear heights, as well as ESFR and ESFR-ready fire suppression.

JLL’s Ryan Spradling, Andy Irwin and Greg Lewis, along with IDS’ Matt Traino and Jeremiah Harrington, are handling the leasing.
