IDI Logistics Names Gibbel VP of Capital Deployment

IDI Logistics appointed Scott Gibbel as VP of capital deployment and leasing for the company’s Chicago region. Based at IDI’s Chicago office, Gibbel will oversee IDI’s leasing, asset management, capital development and capital recycling efforts regionally.

“Scott’s experience and in-depth knowledge of the Chicago industrial market along with his broker and tenant relationships will ensure we grow our presence in Chicago while delivering the best-in-class product IDI is known to build,” said Mark Saturno, CEO at IDI.

SVP Tim Moore added, “Scott has the potential to quickly source new investment opportunities and to add to our future development pipeline. As the national and Chicago industrial market fundamentals continue to improve, we welcome his experience and enthusiasm to help capture some of the momentum.  It’s an exciting time to be in our business.”

Gibbel previously served as VP at Brennan Investment Group and leasing associate at Prologis, both in Chicago.
