IDI Gazeley Begins 144K-SF Spec in Ohio
Atlanta-based logistics builder IDI Gazeley is adding more to its 440-acre Park North at Monroe development. Specifically, the developer launched construction on the 144,000-square-foot Building 5. The smaller bulk warehouse building will be added to Building 8, a one-million-square-foot speculative warehouse building, the largest in the region. Building 8 is under construction, and should deliver shortly.
Building 5, which is anticipated to deliver in Q1 2017, will be geared toward users requiring smaller industrial space. Jeremy Kraus with CBRE’s Cincinnati office indicated that Building 5 could be suited for a user already occupying one of IDI Gazeley’s larger buildings. He added that e-commerce companies are seeking out smaller facilities to deliver products to consumers more quickly.
