Icon Realty’s Beckford Condos Launch Sales

Icon Realty Management and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing launched sales at Beckford House & Tower, two complementary residential condominium buildings under construction at 301 E. 80th St. and 301 E. 81st St. Taking off from the traditions of grand Upper East Side prewar architecture, the designs are by Studio Sofield’s William Sofield, who has collaborated with Tom Ford, Gucci and YSL.

“My intention was to create some of the most legendarily gracious apartments anywhere in Manhattan, with custom millwork, proper dining rooms and intricate detailing,” said Sofield.

The 21-story Beckford House will feature just 32 residences, while the adjacent Beckford Tower will include 72 condos across its 31 floors.

Prices at Beckford House & Tower range from $2 million to more than $20 million. Closings at Beckford House are anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2020, while closings at Beckford Tower are slated for Q2 2021.
