Hub 25 Underway at Former Denver School Site
Construction is underway on Hub 25, a 421,000-square-foot, Class A industrial development near Interstates 25 and 76 in Adams County. Denver-based development company Westfield Co. is building the project on a 23.4-acre site that once was home to Mapleton High School.
Hub 25 will consist of four buildings, ranging from 43,500 to 145,000 square feet. The first of the four buildings is scheduled to deliver in 4Q2016, with the final building planned for the first quarter of 2017. Tyler Carner with CBRE is handling leasing for Hub 25.
