HSA Bank Expands, Extends at Schlitz Park Complex

HSA Bank, a Webster Bank division providing consumer-directed health accounts, has extended the lease on its 57,517-square-foot existing space and will expand its Schlitz Park location by 10,725 square feet. The expansion is expected to be ready for occupancy this summer.

The tenant has more than tripled its square footage since arriving in 2014 at the downtown Milwaukee office complex, owned and managed by the Brewery Works Inc., the organization formed by the families that purchased the Schlitz Park property in 1983. HSA’s Chad Webster said the new space “will enable team members to better support our 2.6 million members nationwide.”

Gary Grunau, Schlitz Park’s co-developer, said success stories like HSA “are why Schlitz Park has invested millions of dollars in our facilities, outdoor spaces and amenities.” The landlord was represented by Founders 3 Real Estate Services’ Ned Purtell and Jenna Maguire. JLL’s Drew Saunders and Dan Jessup represented HSA.
